Caves are often impossible for travelers 
with wheelchairs to experience due to narrow walkways, steps and tight corners. At Lincoln Caverns and Whisper Rocks, they have created solutions to get every visitor inside the cave. For an accessible tour, call in advance to purchase tickets and book a wheelchair-accessible tour. This tour uses a different cave entrance but still offers the same sense of underground discovery.
Interested in riding the rails? The fleet at the East Broad Top Railroad includes an enclosed coach class car with two hydraulic lifts, ensuring that your entire family can experience the excursion together. When booking online, select “Wheelchair Coach” to ensure your trip includes the lifts.
The county is booming with outdoor adventure in the fresh mountain air. The Greenside Pathway, located in the Seven Points Recreation Area, is a padded path created from recycled tires. This makes for a smooth surface for the entire two-mile loop. Be aware that there are some hills along the way. Make sure to stop in at the Raystown Lake Visitor Center, also completely accessible, to get a map and suggested direction for taking the path to ease the hills during your visit.
In the heat of the summer, 
everyone should have the opportunity to go for a swim. Located at Greenwood Furnace State Park beach area, a paved ramp allows for wheelchair access right into the lake.
