Step into the cheese-making process with a demonstration of culturing milk, adding rennet, watching curds form and hooping them into cheese wheels. Then, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cheese-making activity complete with supplies to take home and continue the experience later. Tour the cheese vat, press and aging rooms. Wrap up the experience savoring a delicious cheese board with thoughtfully paired flavors.

All About Alpacas: Learn why alpacas are raised, where they originate from and the different types you may encounter on the farm. Explore what happens after shearing as you follow the journey of alpaca fiber from fleece to finished product. Get up close with the alpacas, snap a few selfies and even meet Dakota, their friendly guard dog. The experience wraps up with creating a bird nesting basket to take home. Don't forget to visit the on-site farm store for alpaca products! This farm is certified "PA Preferred," "Home Grown By Heroes," and is accessible to visitors with disabilities.
